Why should I buy my wedding dress online?
Why not? It’s a great way to save time and money, and it’s so easy to find your perfect dress. At Fashion Bug, we specialize in sizes that fit and flatter plus-size figures. So you can count on us to offer bridal dresses that measure up to the same high standards.
How can I determine which size is right for me?
Once you've selected your gown, carefully review our bridal fit guide to be sure you're ordering the correct size. While we pride ourselves on our attention to fit, all of our dresses can be professionally tailored to fit you perfectly.
How far in advance should I order my dress?
Our regular shipping schedules apply to our bridal styles, but we suggest that you place your order at least 8–12 weeks in advance to allow time for alterations. Need your dress sooner? You can have your dress in one or two days if we have it in stock. To order Express delivery (1 day in most areas; 2-day delivery guaranteed), place your order Monday through Thursday by Noon PT, and select Express shipping. Extra charges will apply.
How should I care for my dress?
We take great care to ensure that our bridal dresses arrive in beautiful condition. Each one is wrapped in tissue and shipped in our gift box at no extra charge. Before you wear it, you may wish to steam out any wrinkles that may have occurred during shipping. As a general rule, all of the dresses in our bridal collection are dry-clean only.
Can I return my bridal dress?
Yes. We accept returns if a dress is unworn, unwashed and unaltered with tags attached. Use the included prepaid return label to return your dress to us free of charge.
Does Fashion Bug sell bridesmaid dresses?
We currently do not offer bridesmaid dresses, and you should not dye our bridal dresses. For more casual wedding and guest attire, we do carry a full collection of social occasion dresses and separates in plus and misses sizes.
